People Are Waiting for You To Whip It Out
So stop hesitating and do it.
I think it’s unfortunate, and slightly funny, that so many people take writing so seriously. I mean for God’s sake, this isn’t The Atlantic.
But I get it, we’ve all attended school at some point and had our little fingers whacked (even if just figuratively) by someone that thought we weren't “doing it right”.
I’m here to tell you that there is no right and there is no wrong.
Just write.
Be You
You have a voice, you have your own thoughts, you have stories, and you have unique perspectives and experiences. Please write and incorporate YOU into a story.
Use your background, education, and experience to put a twist on something so we can learn by seeing through your eyes.
We’re all big boys and girls. At least that’s what we tell ourselves. Let us know what you're thinking. Echo chambers get so old.
I want to know what someone halfway around the world thinks about starting a business where they live or what it’s like to work in an office a bunch of coworkers that are complete twats.
