I'm glad you included this, and it's my #1 reason why I don't do business with megaCorp any more - unless they pay a big percentage up front. When I started my first "real" company I almost lost everything because the compay I was providing services to paid my net/30 invoices in about 180 days. As you pointout, not uncommon at all. Worked out in the end, but I think I aged about 5 years in those 6 months!
